In general, villas are rented during the season and holiday weeks, provided that this period is 7 nights and 7 days. However, this period may vary in some villas.

All our houses are fully equipped with kitchen utensils and only blender etc. There are no products. A set of bath and face towels and bedding are provided for the room. You do not need to bring anything extra except your personal belongings.

After the reservation is made or on the day of check-in, the contact details of the staff are sent to you. You can contact us if you encounter any problems or if you have a need.

Both family and friend group accommodation is accepted in villas or holiday homes. Only family accommodation is not required.

If you make such a request before check-in, this service is available free of charge or for a fee (subject to availability).

It has a private pool and an area designed to be invisible from the outside.

Just filling in the request form does not mean that you have rented the villa. In order for your reservation to be finalised, you must pay a 35% deposit. After the payment is made, a confirmation document is sent to you by us and your reservation is finalised in this way.

The price does not change according to the number of people. From villas for 2 people to villas with a capacity of 20 people, there are dozens of options that can easily accommodate even crowded families. You can find this information on the detail page of the villa you will book.

From the first day the pool is filled, it is regularly cleaned, sprayed and circulated. For this reason, there is no need to change the pool water as there is no problem in terms of health and hygiene.

It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the rented villa or cottage.
