Series adaptation of James Patterson’s novels about the complicated and brilliant detective Alex Cross

Hodge is the third actor to portray Cross, after Morgan Freeman, who first portrayed him on screen in the 1997 film Kiss the Girls and then again; in the 2001 sequel to the film …And Then Came a Spider; and Tyler Perry in the title role in the 2012 film “Alex Cross,” which flopped at the box office and prompted Lionsgate to cancel the originally planned sequel, “Double Cross.” Cross, but I don’t remember the story or stories it was based on. In fact, I think I worked for the federal rather than the city police during his years.

For me, this series had one major flaw

This Detective Cross seemed different to me than I remembered him. However.

It was sometimes confusing to see the connections

They seemed to bring too many stories at once. Also, the main villain was almost a supervillain in that he was prepared to attack anyone, anywhere, anytime.

I agree and would also like to see this Cross actually act more intelligently most of the time instead of just reacting in bursts.
