Filming took place in Charleston, South Carolina; it was originally supposed to be filmed in Wilmington, North Carolina.
I never stopped
Like you, I’ve been holed up watching Nexflix and Prime. I watched everything under the sun. This just came out on Netflix and I started watching it.
It’s a fun and enjoyable show
The casting is extraordinary…every actor hits it out of the park. The story moves along at an engaging pace until the end, but looking back, each episode could stand alone…on its own. It is a remarkable achievement and credit to the authors.
It’s hard to categorize the genre
It’s rated m, but no nudity or blood. I see no reason why a 13-year-old can’t watch it. It’s fun, has lots of mini adventures, lots of misadventures, romance, shipwrecks, storms, fires, gunshots, keggers, prison, boys save girls, girls save boys, parents are devils, parents are angels.
Ideal for quarantine
